Are any of these herbs good for peace and/or protection. I have Vervain I think & chammomile?
I don't know much about herbal infusions I know it's done with water somehow maybe I could use the lavender infustion in my bath if I can do it & not screw it up. I also have some frech chammomile but I think you case use that in a bath as an herbal infusion & not just a tea? What about making a sachet I could carry in my purse of lavender, vervain, & Mugworts for peace & protection. What else can I do with these herbs. I'm not smoking them & I am just learning how to charge herbs for magical use. In just getting into learning "magick".....AGAIN! Any suggestions from people who know about these herbs will help. I am trying to get rid of them I have too much but I want to put hem to good use. If any other herbs help with peace, anxiety or protection please let me know & how the best way is to use them. chamomile is very good for anxiety. I know that because I have mental health issues and was advised to take chamomile but I can't because I am allergic. It is also used as a sleep aid. Valerian root is also good for anti anxiety.
