Your descriptions lack some key information and thus it is extremely difficult to identify your minerals.
1) Many many many minerals have cleavage, saying it has cleavage is only part of the information, you must also tell us the angle at which the cleavage occur and how many cleavages there are. E.x. three perfect cleavages at 90 deg
2) Luster of the mineral (i.e. vitreous, dull, earthy, glassy, metallic, etc)
3) Streak (if you rub the mineral on say a streak plate, what color does it leave behind)
4) Other important characteristics it may have (magnetic, high/medium/low specific gravity, fracture, malleable, twining)
5) Associated minerals (i.e. what minerals are next to it)
6) Form (e.x. hexagonal cross section)
7) Habit (e.x. tabular, fiberous, massive, etc)
All of these are important pieces of information to identify a mineral. Telling us a color is many times not very diagnostic (although in some cases it is, e.x. olivine), as most minerals can be a wide variety of colors. To your credit, you did provide one solid piece of information: hardness.
